Each year, we conduct pastoral visits across the ministry networks established through years of training and equipping leaders.

These visits provide meaningful opportunities to:

  • Follow up on previous training initiatives

  • Encourage and strengthen pastoral leaders

  • Build lasting relationships within ministry networks

  • Assess ongoing needs and provide practical support

Recently, our team carried out visitation efforts in Larkeyta, Margibi County, Ganta, Nimba County, Todee District, and Montserrado County. These visits were marked by encouragement, renewed vision, and practical engagement with local ministry leaders.

Here are some of the things LEADLiberia is actively doing now…

Community Engagement Highlights

To strengthen sustainability within our pastoral networks, we have launched pilot empowerment projects in four communities:

  • Cooper Farm

  • Gobah Town

  • Beadi

  • Yarkpoah Town

Income-Generating Initiatives

In each of these four communities, pastors received 22 chickens as part of an income-generating initiative. This project is designed to:

  • Provide financial support for pastors and their families

  • Reduce dependency on outside assistance

  • Promote long-term sustainability in ministry

The lessons learned from these pilot projects are helping us refine and strengthen our sustainable support strategy for future expansion.

Expanding Agricultural Initiatives

A piggery project was also launched in Nyema Town, and it is progressing very well. The positive outcomes from these agricultural initiatives have encouraged us to deepen our investment in empowering pastors and their families to remain effective and focused in their ministry work.

Education Support: Work Grant Program

Several years ago, we established a Work Grant Program to assist underprivileged boys and girls in attending school. This initiative reflects our commitment not only to pastoral leaders but also to the next generation.

Our current goal is to increase student participation from 50 to 150 students annually, as the Lord provides through the growth of our sustainable farm initiative.

Through pastoral visitation, community-based projects, and educational support, we remain committed to holistic ministry—strengthening leaders, supporting families, and investing in future generations.
